We may also collect information that is publicly available or provided by third parties and on social media sites.
If you are a candidate seeking employment with Exceleris’ clients for whom Exceleris performs recruitment services, Exceleris collects personal information for the purpose of assessing your application and fit with the applicable position or job posting.
Access to Your Personal Information
Authorized Exceleris personnel may have access to your personal information, which is stored electronically on Exceleris’ applicant tracing systems. By submitting your resume (and other information) to Exceleris, you accept that Exceleris may forward your personal information to our various clients who have an interest in receiving information from job applicants.
We may also disclose your personal information to limited Exceleris partners (third party service providers) to perform a variety of services on our behalf, but only to partners who are bound to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.
If you are seeking employment with one of our clients Exceleris will keep your personal information in its records for other employment opportunities, unless you advise Exceleris otherwise.
