Rémunération totale $150-200K

Notre client, une division d’une entreprise publique internationale, dans le secteur manufacturier avec plus de 10,000 employés, est à la recherche d’un Directeur de Finance. Il y a une équipe à supervisor.

Résponsabilités:
•Gérer, développer, encadrer et continuer à développer l’équipe financière pour soutenir les fonctions comptables et financières quotidiennes ainsi que les initiatives stratégiques
•Superviser et diriger le processus d’information financière en collaboration avec le gestionnaire de l’information financière, y compris la liaison avec les vérificateurs de la Société, la préparation et l’examen des états financiers consolidés, du rapport de gestion et des documents du conseil d’administration, l’examen de la clôture financière mensuelle et trimestrielle;
•Participer au processus budgétaire annuel, y compris l’identification et la mise en œuvre de systèmes et de processus qui pourraient faciliter le processus budgétaire de la Société
•Diriger l’élaboration et la préparation de rapports de gestion internes mensuels, y compris l’analyse du budget par rapport aux délais réels du projet ainsi que d’autres KPI
•Superviser la conception, la maintenance et les tests des processus et systèmes de contrôle interne en relation avec les exigences SOX de la Société
•Superviser les activités financières quotidiennes, y compris la gestion du fonds de roulement et la trésorerie
•Participer à d’autres projets spéciaux, tels que le financement, la mise en œuvre / intégration de systèmes, les exigences en matière de rapports ad hoc.

Qualifications requises
•Baccalauréat en comptabilité et titre de CPA requis
• Au moins 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un département de finance d’entreprise / comptabilité avec au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de direction dans la fonction finance / comptabilité d’une société publique
•Connaissance des IFRS
•Bilingue
•L’expérience de travail ou d’audit par un cabinet comptable Big Four est un atout

Our client, a division of a large international, public company in the manufacturing sector with more than 10,000 employees, is looking for a Director of Finance. You will have a team to supervise.

Responsibilities
•Manage, develop, mentor and continue to grow the finance team to support day-to-day accounting and finance functions as well as strategic initiatives
•Oversee and lead the financial reporting process in conjunction with the Manager of Financial Reporting, including liaison with the Company’s auditors, preparation and review of the consolidated financial statements, MD&A and board materials, review of the monthly and quarterly financial close;
•Participate in the annual budget process including the identification and implementation of systems and processes that could facilitate the Company’s budget process as it expands internationally
•Lead the development and preparation of monthly internal management reporting including analysis of budget vs. actual, project timelines as well as other KPIs
•Oversee the design, maintenance and testing of internal control processes and systems in connection with the Company’s SOX requirements
•Collaborate in the financial integrations of both local and international newly incorporated or acquired companies
•Oversee the day-to-day finance activities including working capital management and treasury
•Participate in other special projects, such as financing, systems implementations/integrations, ad hoc reporting requirements.

Required qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA designation required
•At least 10 years of working experience in a corporate finance/accounting department with at least 3 years experience in a leadership role in the finance/accounting function of a public company
•Knowledge of IFRS
•Bilingual
•Experience working in or being audited by a Big Four accounting firm is an asset
