Notre client, un fond d’investissement privé, avec des milliards d’actifs, est à la recherche d'un analyste financier- comptabilité de fond. Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le gestionnaire et VP finance, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble des activités de comptabilité et des analyses financières reliées.

Ce que vous ferez:
•Préparation de l’ensemble de la comptabilité se rattachant à l’information financière de fonds d’investissements.
•Comptabilité des fonds d’investissement : préparation des écritures comptables de fins du mois, des comptes de régularisation, suivi des opérations entre sociétés affiliées, etc.
•Préparation des analyses de performance
•Préparation des analyses de performance et des rapports financiers trimestriels/annuels des fonds d’investissements privés remis aux partenaires.
•Répondre aux demandes d'information ad-hoc
•Assister le/les Gestionnaires, VP Finances & Administration et le CFO dans la préparation d’analyses financières variées.
Qualifications
•CPA obligatoire, bilingue
•Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en comptabilité
•Expérience en cabinet comptable, ou dans un fond d’investissement
•Profil dynamique, joueur (se) d’équipe

Financial analyst – fund accounting

Our client, a high growing equity firm, with over billion $ assets under management is looking for a financial analyst –fund accounting- Working closely with the VP finance, you will be responsible for all the accounting and analysis of investments. Compensation includes a bonus, insurance, RRSP matching and professional fees and training.

What You Will Do:
•Accounting of investment funds: preparation of end-of-month accounting entries, regularization, monitoring of transactions between affiliated companies
•Preparation of performance analyzes and all accounting relating to the financial information of funds
investments.
•Preparation of quarterly / annual financial reports of private investment funds given to partners, in
prioritizing a high level of quality of financial information while meeting established deadlines.
•Detailed understanding of the legal documents governing investment funds to ensure compliance
•Respond to ad-hoc requests for information
•Preparation of files and management of audit work year-end for certain investment funds
•Assist the Manager (s), the VP Finance & Administration and the CFO in the preparation of various financial analyzes.
Qualifications
•CPA a must, bilingual
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting
•Experience in an accounting firm, or fund /private equity
•Team player, dynamic environment
