Our client, a food company in Laval, is looking for a Manager Productivity Improvement. Great working conditions, no overtime.

It takes an expert to place one!

-Lead the Month-end reporting / presentation for all operational KPIs and results
-Identify and initiate process improvements in plants
-Supervise a team
-Support planning and forecasting routines for Canadian Plants
-Heavy interaction with CFO, COO, plant managers and central supply chain leadership team
-Analytical support on productivity projects on Manufacturing and Procurement

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business required
-Ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders alike
-Food industry is a big plus
-Bilingual, at least 7 years in a similar role
-Advanced level Excel skills required
