Our client in the property management/construction industry is looking for a Director of Finance to fill a full-time permanent position. #1 in Finance!
Reporting to the President, the Director of Finance is responsible for assisting the President in activities related to financial accounting and administration.
Manage the accounting and finance functions strategically
-Manage the finance team
-Manage all legal files of the company
-Manage a construction project and its financing
-Manage the information systems
-Manage relationships with partners, such as associates and creditors
-Hire, train and retain staff
-Coordinate and carry out the financial planning and budgeting process
-Ensure internal control
-Prepare financial statements and project analysis
Competence
-Knowledge of the hotel industry, real estate, construction an asset
-CPA accounting designation
-10 years experience
-Experience in a small business
