Relevant du directeur d’usine et du service financier corporatif, ce poste supervise la fonction financière.
Il gère la comptabilité, les achats et les systèmes d’information, tout en assurant la conformité,
la planification financière et l’amélioration continue.
Responsabilités clés
- Gérer le P&L et le bilan des sites
- Assurer la conformité aux PCGR et aux contrôles internes
- Superviser et développer l’équipe finance/achats/IT
- Collaborer avec la direction pour optimiser les coûts, la rentabilité et la performance
- Gérer les budgets, prévisions, investissements et flux de trésorerie
- Participer aux comités de retraite et à la conformité fiscale
Qualifications
- 5+ ans en finance industrielle
- Bac en administration ou comptabilité
- Solides compétences en leadership, communication et analyse
- Maîtrise de MS Office
- CPA et expérience comme contrôleur d’usine, des atouts

Reporting to the Plant Manager and Corporate Finance, this role is responsible for accounting, purchasing, and information systems, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and acting as the main contact for auditors. The role also provides financial guidance, leads a team, supports operational planning, and drives business improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own P&L and balance sheet for the sites
- Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls
- Supervise finance/purchasing/IT staff and set team objectives
- Partner with plant leadership to improve efficiency, cost control, and profitability
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and cash flow
- Participate in pension and tax compliance matters
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing finance/control
- Bachelor's in Business or Accounting
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- CPA designation and plant controller experience are assets
