Rôle et responsabilités :

Analyser les performances financières des propriétés et développer des rapports financiers pour la direction.
Participer à l'élaboration des budgets et des prévisions financières.
Soutenir les décisions d'investissement en fournissant des analyses financières détaillées et des recommandations.
Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion des propriétés pour optimiser les coûts et améliorer les performances financières.
Participer à la préparation des documents pour les audits financiers et les réunions avec les investisseurs.

Qualifications :

Solides compétences en analyse financière et en gestion de projets.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
Excellentes compétences en communication.
Expérience dans le secteur immobilier est un atout.
