Senior Finance Manager FP&A
Strengthen the Corporate FP&A function by providing technical leadership across the annual budgeting process, scenario modeling, and strategic financial analysis. You will serve as a key interface for the Group CFO and Board, delivering insight-driven reporting in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the end-to-end annual corporate budget, including global coordination, calendar management, and consolidation.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare high-level financial materials and variance analyses for Quarterly Board meetings and senior leadership.
- Business Partnering: Act as a Finance Business Partner to global functional leaders and support the preparation of public reporting documents.
- Technical Modeling: Maintain detailed, hands-on financial models and driving continuous improvement in FP&A governance.
- Leadership: Directly manage and develop a team of 1–2 Senior Analysts.
Required Experience & Skills
- Background: 6+ years in corporate finance, with at least 3 years specifically in a Senior FP&A role within a multinational or public-company environment.
- Industry: Pharmaceutical experience is highly desirable.
- Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or advanced financial planning software.
- Communication: Proven ability to defend assumptions and present clearly to C-suite executives.
- Technical Rigor: A "hands-on" profile capable of operating autonomously under tight deadlines.
- Languages: Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
