Analyst Financier FP&A - Centre de Montréal, hybrid
Notre client est à la recherche d’un Analyste Financier expérimenté pour soutenir la performance financière des projets et de l’entreprise. En collaboration avec les équipes et la direction, vous contribuerez à l’analyse financière, la planification, le suivi des KPI et l’optimisation des outils de gestion pour appuyer la prise de décision stratégique.
Responsabilités principales :
- Analyser la performance financière des projets et de l’entreprise, produire rapports et KPI
- Préparer budgets annuels et prévisions trimestrielles
- Développer et optimiser outils financiers, modèles et tableaux de bord
- Suivre la trésorerie, les risques et l’avancement des projets
- Travailler en partenariat avec les équipes pour aligner perspectives financières et opérationnelles
- Fournir analyses ad hoc et former les utilisateurs aux outils et pratiques
Profil recherché :
- Diplôme en Finance, Comptabilité ou domaine connexe
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en analyse financière, idéalement en environnement projet
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et outils financiers (Power BI ou équivalents)
- Bilingue français/anglais
- Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément

Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a project-driven environment
- Advanced Excel and financial software skills (Power BI, or equivalent)
- Bilingual in French and English
- Detail-oriented, organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
