Opportunity<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Oversee current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
\n\u2022 Supervision and mentor a large team, including the accounting team
\n\u2022 Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools
\n\u2022 Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis for Board of Directors
\n\u2022 Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new projects
\n\u2022 Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
\n\u2022 Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
\n\u2022 Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
\n\u2022 Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
\n\u2022 Implement process improvements to increase value-add contribution<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 CPA, CFA or MBA
\n\u2022 8 \u2013 15 years experience
\n\u2022 Bilingual
\n\u2022 Able to work in a fast paced environment
\n\u2022 Assertive, ability to command credibility and influence across the organization
\n\u2022 Embrace rapid change and ambiguity
\n\u2022 Ability to think strategically and act tactically
\n\u2022 Maturity & high level of Emotional Intelligence<\/p>\n
