\n\u2022 Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual revised forecasts (Sales, Margins, Main P&L expenses)
\n\u2022 Perform Budget \/ Forecast variance analysis, investigations and documentation
\n\u2022 Responsible of maintaining and updating FP&A financial models
\n\u2022 Prepare and maintain KPIs \/ Dashboards for Divisional managers and executive team
\n\u2022 Participate in financial processes improvement and implementation of new reporting tools
\n\u2022 Work closely with Operations and Divisions to assist in necessary analyses
\n\u2022 Produce periodic and ad hoc reports to support departments and senior management
\n\u2022 Perform general ad-hoc analysis as required
\n\u2022 Establish and maintain solid business relationships with other departments.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Bachelor or master degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent
\n\u2022 CPA, CFA or MBA title is an asset
\n\u2022 4 to 10 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analyses
\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
\n\u2022 Excellent aptitudes in financial modeling
\n\u2022 Good usage of data mining tools
\n\u2022 Autonomous and able to set priorities and achieve goals
\n\u2022 Strong leadership and ability to take ownership of projects and accomplish them
\n\u2022 Results and deadline driven
\n\u2022 Bilingual: English and French<\/p>\n
