\n\u00b7 Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closings, preparation of management,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 financial and board reports, and required external reporting
\n\u00b7 Responsible for financial audits and communication with external auditors
\n\u00b7 Tax support , SRED
\n\u00b7 Be involved in treasury and budgeting
\n\u00b7 Responsible for establishing and maintaining all financial controls
\n\u00b7 Develop, manage, and build a top tier team that proactively drives continuous improvement and works with a collaborative mentality<\/p>\n
\n-Bachelor or master degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent
\n-CPA
\n– 7-15 years of experience
\n-Big 4 experience an asset
\n-Autonomous and able to set priorities and achieve goals
\n-Ability to work in an unstructured environment
\n-Strong leadership and ability to take ownership of projects and accomplish them
\n-Results and deadline driven
\n-Bilingual: English and French<\/p>\n
