\n-Actively involved in the preparation of the company\u2019s division \/ department budgets
\n-Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual revised forecasts (Sales, Margins, Main P&L expenses)
\n-Perform Budget \/ Forecast variance analysis, investigations and documentation
\n-Responsible of maintaining and updating FP&A financial models
\n-Prepare and maintain KPIs \/ Dashboards for Divisional managers and executive team
\n-Work closely with Operations and Divisions to assist in necessary analyses
\n-Produce periodic and ad hoc reports to support departments and senior management
\n-Perform general ad-hoc analysis as required
\n-Establish and maintain solid business relationships with other departments.<\/p>\n
\n-Bachelor or master degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent
\n-CPA, CFA or MBA title is an asset
\n-3-7 years of experience
\n-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
\n-Autonomous and able to set priorities and achieve goals
\n-Strong leadership and ability to take ownership of projects and accomplish them
\n-Results and deadline driven
\n-Bilingual: English and French<\/p>\n
