\n– Review monthly and quarterly income statement and balance sheet analyses
\n– Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements ;
\n– Participate in Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) of financial condition and results of operations ;
\n– Prepare various reports for the Chief Financial Officer and members of the Board of Directors;
\n– Participate in the annual budget process;
\n– Participate in the year-end process;
\n– Coordinate the year-end audit and other government audits;
\n– Supervise a team
\n– Be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of financial information<\/p>\n
\n– 7 or more years of relevant experience, in industry and accounting firms ;
\n– Extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of business accounting and financial management;
\n– Experience in the supervision of external audits;
\n– Knowledge of publicly traded companies;
\n– Bilingualism (French, English) both written and spoken;
\n– Mastery of IFRS standards, an asset<\/p>\n
