\n-Lead the Month-end reporting \/ presentation for all operational KPIs and results
\n-Identify and initiate process improvements in plants
\n-Supervise a team
\n-Support planning and forecasting routines for Canadian Plants
\n-Heavy interaction with CFO, COO, plant managers and central supply chain leadership team
\n-Analytical support on productivity projects on Manufacturing and Procurement<\/p>\n
\n-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Business required
\n-Ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders alike
\n-Food industry is a big plus
\n-Bilingual, at least 7 years in a similar role
\n-Advanced level Excel skills required<\/p>\n
