Our client, a large and reputable US based manufacturing and Distribution Company is looking for a Senior Internal Control Analyst. As a strategic business partner, the Senior Internal Control Analyst will be responsible for process design, compliance, testing procedures and operational procedures & plans in line with the key strategic objectives of the business. Through various assignment, the Analyst will gain thorough understanding of the processes, operations and operating units. The Senior Internal Control Analyst work closely with all the operating units and dynamic team of internal and external auditors.

-Plan and test internal controls to insure certification
-Identify risks in processes and procedures related to finance, accounting, operations, mergers and acquisition, dissolutions, programming, etc.
-Pinpoint process improvement and cost reduction opportunities
-Ensure compliance with company policies
-Develop detailed reports for business units and upper management and test existing reports
-Present practical recommendations to management
-Assist in developing tools and methods to make internal auditing more effective
-Collaborate with operational units by recommending effective solutions and participate to the implementation of remediation
-Participate in audits with the external auditors and in different audit projects
-Responsible to fulfill the requests (reports, evidence, etc.) related to Internal Controls including collaborate with Finance and Operations in achieving their goals.
-Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
-5 years’ experience, as an internal auditor or external auditor.
-Professional accounting or audit designation (CPA).
-Demonstrate analytical skills, great communication and teamwork.
-Knowledge of risks associated with different processes.
-Fosters teamwork and provides leadership.
-Can work independently and takes initiatives.
-Have a great sense of diplomacy.
